VISA Payments using Online Banking
In addition to making a VISA Credit Card payment from your Credit Union account over the phone or in person, you’ll now have the ability to do so from your computer or mobile device. Simply log into your Online or Mobile Banking account, select the transfer option, and transfer funds from your Credit Union account to the Visa Credit Card shown.

How do I make a payment on my VISA Platinum Credit Card in Online or Mobile Banking?
- Online Banking: First, log into your Online banking account. Select Transfer Funds, and choose the account you would like the payment to come from. Next, select the Visa Platinum Credit Card (you will see the last 4 digits of the card), and then enter an amount. Click Transfer and then click OK to complete the transaction. You can also schedule a transfer for a later date.
- Mobile Banking: First, log into your QT Mobile App. Select Transfer & Pay, and choose Make an Internal Transfer. Choose the account you would like the payment to come from. Next, select the Visa Platinum Credit Card (you will see the last 4 digits of the card), and then enter an amount. You may choose a date to do it in the future, or you may do it immediately. Select Continue and then select Make Transfer to complete the transaction.
Today, I made a payment on my VISA Credit Card, but my Credit Card balance has not changed.
Payments made by 4pm EST will post that day at midnight. You will see the payment reflected in your new balance tomorrow in your VISA Online Account. Note: Payments made after 4pm EST will be posted the following business day at midnight.
If I make a payment on Saturday, when will it post?
Payments made between 4pm EST on Friday and 4pm EST on Sunday, will all post on Sunday at midnight. A payment made after 4pm EST Sunday will post on Monday evening at midnight.
My VISA balance shown in Online Banking is different from the balance shown in online VISA?
At this time, the balance shown in Online and Mobile Banking is not a real-time balance, and could be about two days old. For up-to-date balance and activity, simply log into your VISA Online Account or call our Member Services Department at 410-828-4730.
Can I do a cross transfer from other Credit Union accounts to my VISA Account?
You will only be able to transfer from other Credit Union accounts that are linked to your Online Home Banking.
Can I make a payment from another financial institution?
Yes, however, you will have to register with VISA Online to make a payment from another financial institution.
